INT ATLANTIC AVE SUBWAY STATION MORNING
Steve Hancock, a nineteen year old kid, walks into a train
station with a skateboard with no wheels on it. The axles are
burnt black. When he reaches the bottom of the stairs he
pulls a bandanna up over his face. Two police officers eye
him as he walks up past the teller and jumps the turnstile.
OFFICER 1
Hold it!
Steve looks back at the officers, waits a moment then runs
through the crowd. He runs down a tunnel that is congested
with people. Suddenly people start to squeal and jump out of
the way. Every person Steven touches receives a slight
electric shock.
OFFICER 2
Get out of the way!
OFFICER 1
Move!
Steve runs on to a platform and looks down the track at a
train coming. He turns to the officers then jumps on to the
track. Steve lands on his skateboard, which lands on the
third rail.
STEVE
Woo Who!
Steven's hair stands as electricity courses through his body.
People stare in shock while others try to run. He raises his
hands and sparks spread along the track in front of him as he
is propelled forward along the track. The officers stare in
amazement as the train pulls into the station.
Steve whizzes underground through stations. People are
shocked on the platforms and are creating a great stir.
Ahead, Steve can see daylight. He squints his eyes and
prepares to exit the tunnels.
EXT NEWKIRK AVENUE SUBWAY STATION MORNING
Raven Choo, a young semi professional looking woman is
waiting, half asleep on the platform. Suddenly she sees Steve
shoot by on the third rail. He hops up off the rail for a
moment then sees Raven see him. He winks and goes back on the
third rail. Raven is confused but shakes it off when the
train gets there.
EXT CITY HALL MORNING
Raven gets out of the train station and heads towards city
hall.
INT CITY HALL DAY
Raven goes through security and shows a press pass with her
name and City Channel on it. She gets passed the metal
detectors and is greeted by a frantic Sierra Taylor.
SIERRA TAYLOR
Where have you been? Daniel isn't
here, you never gave me the
questions for the mayor and he's
going to start in ten minutes.
RAVEN
Daniel is here. He's setting up the
camera and sound. I have the
questions that you left on your
desk and the Mayor speaks in five
minutes.
SIERRA TAYLOR
Well let's go. What would I do with
out you.
RAVEN
I'd love to find out.
SIERRA TAYLOR
What was that?
RAVEN
Nothing, let's get ready.
INT THE HANCOCK'S HOUSE MORNING
Steven gets home and slowly comes into the house. The news is
one and he sees Sierra Taylor.
SIERRA TAYLOR
Today the mayor is expected to
outline the cities plan for the
$125 million designated for New
York's security from a terrorist
threat. It seems the mayor is about
ready to begin.
Steven looks less than thrilled by the mayor's appearance.
MAYOR TOM DAILY
Hello and good morning. As you know
New York City is the greatest city
in the world...
INT CITY HALL DAY
MAYOR TOM DAILY
...and as any great city we have a
great responsibility to ensure the
safety of all it's citizens,
businesses and visitors.
The air behind the mayor begins to bend like over a steaming
highway in the summer. The disturbance looks to be in the
shape of a man.
MAYOR TOM DAILY
Today the president, the congress
and the department of homeland
security have allotted $125 million
dollars towards New York City and
it's boroughs. This money along
with the public awareness and the
diligence of the police department
will ensure that we stand strong
and prepared in the face of danger.
Suddenly a man of light appears behind the mayor and holds
him in front of him. He looks like an oil slick on glowing
water reflecting every flash bulb with a burst of colors. The
mayor stands shocked as the man's face becomes a little more
human. His eyes still glow brightly.
PETER RAYMOND
Our national security is at risk
and will be until the truth is
told!
INT THE HANCOCK'S HOUSE MORNING
Steven is excited and shocked while watching the TV. His
father, Price Hancock comes in to see the commotion.
STEVE
Dad check this out.
PRICE HANCOCK
Where were you last night?
STEVE
Dad!
INT CITY HALL DAY
Officers are trying to aim guns at the apparition but he
glows brighter and the officers can not lock in on him.
PETER RAYMOND
We are being held captive in the
interest of national security by
men like Price Hancock! We are all
under their control!
INT THE HANCOCK'S HOUSE MORNING
Steve is shocked by this man calling his father's name.
STEVE
Dad? Why does he know you?
Price is fixed on the TV and getting angry.
INT CITY HALL DAY
Raven is amazed by what is happening as Sierra is huddling
for cover.
SIERRA TAYLOR
Does he have a gun?
RAVEN
Daniel, keep filming!
DANIEL
Never stopped.
Police officers close in on the mayor and Peter. Peter pushes
the mayor and begins to glow brightly.
PETER RAYMOND
Elizabeth Hancock did not die in
vain! The truth will be told!
With that he disappears. The mayor falls and aides rush to
him.
RAVEN
Wow, this is going to be a day.
INT THE HANCOCK'S HOUSE MORNING
Price is fuming and heads for his office.
STEVE
What was he talking about dad?
PRICE HANCOCK
I am about to find out.
Price goes into his office and goes to his computer.
STEVE
Why did he say mom's name?
PRICE HANCOCK
I'm not sure son.
STEVE
Dad what's going on?
PRICE HANCOCK
Enough Steve, where are you coming
from at this hour anyway? Where
were you all night?
STEVE
Just hanging out skating a bit.
PRICE HANCOCK
We'll talk about this tonight.
Price gets his jacket and briefcase and notices Steve's
skateboard.
PRICE HANCOCK
What happened to your skateboard?
STEVE
What happened to mom?
Price glares at Steve and walks out slamming the door. Steve
watches the footage on the news again.
EXT THE HANCOCK'S HOUSE MORNING
Price is in the car pulling out of the driveway.
PRICE HANCOCK
Get me the secretary of defense,
now!
EXT CITY HALL DAY
Raven, Daniel and Sierra Taylor are all outside now. Sierra
is on her cell phone.
RAVEN
Something big is going on here. I
saw a kid this morning surfing the
third rail.
DANIEL
He killed himself?
RAVEN
No, he was riding a skateboard on
the third rail from station to
station.
DANIEL
You think he's connected to this
guy.
RAVEN
What? You don't? I want to do a
piece on this.
Sierra hears Raven and gets off the phone.
SIERRA TAYLOR
What are you guys talking about?
RAVEN
Oh, nothing.
DANIEL
I'm going to go pack the van.
SIERRA TAYLOR
Great news. I was just talking to
Bill and he thought it would be
best to keep our little team
together for the rest of the
season.
RAVEN
Actually, I've been thinking about
doing stories of my own.
SIERRA TAYLOR
And I appreciate your sacrifice. It
must be hard being overshadowed
for so many years. Don't worry
though Bill knows I couldn't do it
with out you.
RAVEN
Don't be silly Sierra. You don't
need me. You've been on the air
since I was in high school.
SIERRA TAYLOR
Yes, well it couldn't have been
that long.
RAVEN
Oh yes I remember you.
SIERRA TAYLOR
Fun, fun , memory lane... lets get
back to the station.
They walk into the van.
EXT LARGE SUPERMARKET MORNING
An armored truck is parked outside the supermarket with a
guard standing next to it. A second guard comes out of the
store holding two satchels of money. The guard eyes people
around him as he walks to the truck. Suddenly, what seems to
be a tear in the space in front of the guard releases Victor
Craft, a young man with a knit hat, a ski mask and a superman
shirt. He appears in front of the guard and grabs the
satchels, then vanishes again.
SECURITY GUARD 1
What the fuck?
SECURITY GUARD 2
Where did he go?
The men both stop speaking. From behind them they hear the
sound of metal tearing. Dion Nice, another man, slightly
older with a bandanna wrapped around his face, stands
watching.
The air around Dion begins to ripple and grow opaque. Sweat
is pouring from his grimaced face. The field around Dion
stretches towards the truck causing the rear doors of the
truck to rip open.
SECURITY GUARD 2
Holy shit!
Victor Craft is running for the truck. The guards pull out
there guns and open fire. Victor disappears and reappears in
multiple places at once. Bullets are hitting and embedding
into Dion's shield but not penetrating. Four Victors are
pulling money out of the truck while two disarm the shocked
guards. The other bags rise out of the truck and fall at
Dion's feet.
DION NICE
We out.
Multiple Victors pick up the money and one puts him arm
around Dion and they all vanish. The guards are looking at
each other.
SECURITY GUARD 1
Here comes the drug tests.
INT CITY CHANNEL NEWS STATION
Raven is watching footage of the mayor's speech. Daniel walks
in.
DANIEL
Hey.
RAVEN
Hey.
DANIEL
I couldn't find anything on the
subway surfer but my cousin just
got footage of the craziest robbery
I ever seen.
RAVEN
Where?
DANIEL
The super mart across from his
house.
RAVEN
Pop it in.
The two watch the tape and see Victor and Dion rob the truck.
RAVEN
How are they doing this?
DANIEL
Beats me?
RAVEN
Is anyone reporting this?
DANIEL
No, the cops didn't even have a
record of it. My cousin said some
government types are all over the
store yesterday. What do you think
these all are?
RAVEN
Our ticket away from Miss
congeniality. If I could get Bill
to let us do a series on these we'd
be on our own.
DANIEL
It would be nice to do some
investigative reporting again.
These Sierra's stories are killing
me.
RAVEN
We could get a Pulitzer for this.
Raven's eyes light up as she dreams of excitement and
success.
EXT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY MORNING
Price parks his car and sees a motorcade outside the
building.
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY MORNING
Price walks in places his hand on a scanner and walks through
metal detectors. He walks up to the elevator and looks into a
retinal scanner to open the elevator doors. He gets off and
sees the people in his office space nervous. As he nears his
office his secretary Janet stands to say something but is cut
off by Price.
PRICE HANCOCK
I know I've been expecting them.
Inside Price's office is the Secretary of Defense and two of
his armed guards.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
I hope this is just a coincidence
Price. Tell me there is another man
of light out in the world that
hates you and can destroy us and
this country.
PRICE HANCOCK
Technically speaking they're would
be thousands of them out there
with out me.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
How many are still alive Price?
PRICE HANCOCK
Four.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
Four! You said the project was
terminated. All ends where tied.
What the fuck is going on here
Price.
Price looks like a drowning man.
INT THE HANCOCK'S HOUSE AFTERNOON
Steve is sleeping. He wakes up and goes to check his E-mail.
Suddenly a cat jumps on to his desk and off again. Steve gets
frightened and a spark comes out of him and fries his
computer.
STEVE
Fuck, again. All I do is fix this
computer.
Steve gets up and leaves his room. He kicks the cat in the
hallway and gives it a little jolt. Steve heads back
downstairs to his father's office.
The door has an electronic lock on in. Steve zaps it causing
the numbers to flicker. In a moment the green light is on and
he goes in.
He looks around the room suspiciously then sits at the
computer. He sees a file named "CR" research, minimized on
the screen. When he opens the files he sees a picture of
Peter Raymond. He reads through the files. In it are pictures
of Peter Raymond becoming the figure of light.
STEVE
Oh shit.
At the bottom of the page is the phrase... "Acquired by
Ghost"
STEVE
Acquired by ghost?
He clicks a link to Ghost's file.
INT RUNDOWN MOVIE THEATRE AFTERNOON
The audience is almost empty inside the afternoon matinee.
Three people in the audience and Clyde Richards, a quiet
young man sitting in the projectionist booth. There is only
one small red light bulb on in the room. Clyde is looking at
a Polaroid picture of Elizabeth Hancock.
FLASHBACK
Elizabeth Hancock is seen smiling sweetly in a white lab
jacket. Elizabeth turns her head forwards and speaks without
opening her mouth.
ELIZABETH HANCOCK
He's going to kill you. You must
leave tonight.
CUT TO
Elizabeth screams and falls.
INT RUNDOWN MOVIE THEATRE AFTERNOON
The reel is done and spinning on the projector. The audience
is grumbling.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Fuck!
EXT RUNDOWN MOVIE THEATRE EVENING
Clyde leaves the movie theatre and sees the mayor's speech.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Fucking idiot.
Clyde walks down the block.
INT PETER RAYMOND'S APARTMENT NIGHT
Peter comes into his apartment and takes of his coat. He
presses the answering machine.
ANSWERING MACHINE VOICE
Peter, this is Phil. All I got for
you is a costumed character at a
car dealership. Tell me if you want
it.
PETER RAYMOND
Do I have a choice?
A shadow moves along the wall behind him and into the dark
corner of the living room. Peter notices something from the
corner of his eye.
FLASHBACK
INT PHOTO SHOOT STUDIO NIGHT
Peter Raymond is modeling with a female model for what seems
to be a jeans ad. The photographer is clicking away.
PHOTOGRAPHER
I love it. Fuego I want to feel the
fire. Great, that's it for today.
The photographer walks away from the camera and Peter
stretches.
PETER RAYMOND
Thanks it was fun.
MODEL
Call me sometime we can hang out or
just fuck.
PETER RAYMOND
Thanks I will.
The model walks away seductively as Peter smiles to himself
and heads towards his dressing room. The photographer and his
assistant seem to be confused.
ASSITANT
I don't know the lighting is the
same in this one as in the other
one.
PHOTOGRAPHER
Has the film gone bad?
ASSITANT 2
Do you think they are ghosts in the
studio?
PHOTOGRAPHER
Santa Maria!
He gives himself the sign of the cross. The contact sheets
show a bright glare over Peter in every few pictures.
INT DRESSING ROOM NIGHT
Peter is coming out of the shower and getting dressed. A
shadow moves quickly behind him.
PETER RAYMOND
Who's there?
Peter pulls on a shirt and the lighting fixture in the room
breaks. The light from the bathroom cuts across the room in
front of Peter.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Peter Raymond.
PETER RAYMOND
Yes.
Clyde Richard's appears as Ghost from the darkness.
CLYDE RICHARDS
I have a proposition for you.
PETER RAYMOND
Who...who are you?
CLYDE RICHARDS
A friend would like a word with
you.
PETER RAYMOND
About what?
CLYDE RICHARDS
I think you know.
Ghost grabs Peter's hand and quickly pulls it into the light.
Peter's hand reflects brilliant colors around the room as a
prism would.
The door knocks and Ghost Drags Peter into the darkness. The
photographer and an assistant open the door. They turn on
another light and see broken glass some of Peter's things but
no Peter.
INT PETER RAYMOND'S APARTMENT NIGHT
Peter inches towards the light switch.
CLYDE RICHARDS
I could have killed you three times
since you been here.
Peter turns on the light from the shadow of the couch rises a
man of shadow. He solidifies and becomes Clyde Richards.
PETER RAYMOND
Nice to see you too Clyde.
CLYDE RICHARDS
What are you doing Peter?
PETER RAYMOND
Righting a wrong.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Righting a wrong or needing
attention?
PETER RAYMOND
She's buried in a junk yard.
CLYDE RICHARDS
I buried her.
PETER RAYMOND
Under metal and dog shit.
CLYDE RICHARDS

PETER RAYMOND

PETER RAYMOND

Price Hancock and the secretary of defense are arguing.
PRICE HANCOCK
The satellites are not strong
enough anymore. More and more
people are showing signs of
evolution. We need to consider a
chemical agent and mass
vaccination.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
Under what pretense? That is out of
the question.
PRICE HANCOCK
We can place an agent in the water
supply. No one will find out.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
Someone will find out Price.
Someone always finds out.
PRICE HANCOCK
We need another assassin.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
No! Are you out of your mind?
PRICE HANCOCK
We can control them.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE

The fact is if these are them we

SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
You have a week to locate them.
Nothing further! You find them and
report to me. We'll take care of it

Price smiles knowingly at the secretary.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
Do you hear me Price.
PRICE HANCOCK
Of coarse Sir.
The Secretary leaves.
INT THE HANCOCK'S HOUSE NIGHT
Steve is still reading from his father's computer files.
STEVE
What's this?
There is a video dated August 1st, 1997.
STEVE
Mom.
He sees video of Peter Raymond escaping from the research
facility holding Elizabeth Hancock hostage. Price shows up at
the other end of the hallway with a gun aimed at Elizabeth
and Peter.
FLASHBACK
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY NIGHT
A younger Price has a gun pointed at Peter who is trying to
escape.
PRICE HANCOCK
Let go of my wife.
ELIZABETH HANCOCK
Price put down the gun.
PRICE HANCOCK
If you hurt her I'll kill you.
ELIZABETH HANCOCK
Price please just let them go.
PETER RAYMOND
Drop the gun Price!
PRICE HANCOCK

PETER RAYMOND
I'll burn her Price.
Ghost shows up behind Prism and Elizabeth.
ELIZABETH HANCOCK
Clyde No! Run!
Price looks at Elizabeth as if she broke his heart.
PRICE HANCOCK
Elizabeth...no.
INT THE HANCOCK'S HOUSE NIGHT
The video cuts out just as ghost is closing in on the group.
STEVE
Damn. I have to find the rest.
Sparks runs upstairs and comes down with and external hard
drive. He attaches it to his father's computer and starts
copying as many files as he can.
STEVE
If you're not going to tell me.
I'll get it myself.
A red beeping signal begins going off on the computer.
STEVE
Holy shit!
He grabs the hard drive and tries to turn down the speakers.
STEVE
Shh! Come on, please.
The screen flashes "NEW CR EMISSIONS CONFIRMED".
STEVE
Hello?
He clicks the message and the noise stops then a map of
Brooklyn pops up on the screen.
STEVE
Oh no. You can trace us?
INT PETER RAYMOND'S APARTMENT NIGHT
Peter and Clyde continue.
CLYDE RICHARDS
You want them to find you?
PETER RAYMOND
Yes. They come to us, we make a
scene and the cameras pick it all
up. A big enough scene they can't
cover up. Besides your little
shadow man just set off the
sensors.
CLYDE RICHARDS
It wasn't long enough for a lock. I
want nothing to do with this.
PETER RAYMOND
I can't do this alone. We won't
kill anyone. We just make a lot of
noise.
Clyde thinks about it.
PETER RAYMOND
We wont have to hide anymore.
CLYDE RICHARDS
I like to hide.
PETER RAYMOND
I need you help.
CLYDE RICHARDS
No.
He becomes a shadow.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Don't get me caught.
With that he vanishes into the shadows.
PETER RAYMOND
Ghost wait.
Peter starts turning on all his lights.
INT THE HANCOCK'S HOUSE NIGHT
Steve hears Price's car pulling up.
STEVE
Shit.
He packs up the drives and closes the windows he opened on
the screen. His father is coming out of the car. Price is
putting his keys into the door and Steve is still in the
office. He send an electric shock towards the door.
EXT THE HANCOCK'S HOUSE NIGHT
Price gets shocked and jumps back. The house light start to
flicker on and off.
INT THE HANCOCK'S HOUSE NIGHT
Price comes in and all the light go out.
PRICE HANCOCK
What now? Steve!
Price goes down to the basement to fix the fuses. Steve runs
upstairs. The lights turn on. Price walks back up and looks
around the house. He goes to a dresser and checks for his
gun. He checks the chamber and puts it away.
Upstairs Steve is in bed he sees Raven on the footage of the
mayor's speech. The fame is frozen on Peter.
STEVE
Murder.
Steve notices Raven on the tape. She is clearly seen when the
freeze the frame on Peter.
INT TV NEWS STATION NEWS ROOM MORNING
Sierra Taylor is discussing her latest story while Raven Choo
is trying to stay awake.
SIERRA
It's called speed dating. IT's
taking over the single scene in the
city.
BILL KRAUSS
OK, Sierra you got it get it done
by Monday.
SIERRA
Of coarse Bill. I'll need Raven and
the sound guy.
Sierra looks at Bill pleading not to go.
BILL KRAUSS
Sure just get it done. OK I'm going
to lunch.
Bill gets up and heads for the door.
RAVEN
Bill wait up.
BILL KRAUSS
Yes Raven...
RAVEN
You said that if I did one more
story with her I can produce my own
spots.
BILL KRAUSS
She came into my office this
morning telling me that she needs
you and won't work with anyone
else.
RAVEN
But
BILL KRAUSS
She needs you...
RAVEN
You know she just want to keep me
under her.
BILL KRAUSS
We need her...
RAVEN
Yah, I know but...
BILL KRAUSS
She gets you.
RAVEN
Speed dating?
BILL KRAUSS

RAVEN
There's been a rash of strange hush
hush incidents like the mayor's
speech going on. I want to do an
expose on them and why the
government seems to be keeping even
the cops in the dark.
Bill looks interested.
BILL KRAUSS
Get it done by Monday.
RAVEN
Thanks Bill.
BILL KRAUSS
But get Sierra's done too.
RAVEN
What?
Bill leaves for lunch. Raven turns and screams to herself
with delight. Daniel is walking by and sees her.
DANIEL
What's up your bum?
RAVEN
Were doing our piece on the freaks.
DANIEL
Really? Bill OK'd it?
RAVEN
Due Monday.
DANIEL
He must really like you. Whose
gonna tell Sierra.
RAVEN
We still have to do her piece too.
DANIEL
Damn.
INT PIANO BAR DAY
Sierra Taylor is taking parts in speed dating. Raven and
Daniel are recording her.
SIERRA
So that was fun Bob. Would you say
you do this a lot.
BOB
Uh, no not really.
A buzzer goes off.
SIERRA
OK Bob nice to meet you.
Bob walks away and another guy steps into the booth.
SIERRA (CONT'D)
Hello, I'm Sierra Taylor of The
nightly news.
Raven turns to Tom.
SIERRA (CONT'D)
How much longer.
TOM
Three more hours.
Raven sighs.
INT TV NEWS STATION EDITING ROOM NIGHT
Raven is alone in the editing room. She is watching footage
of Dion and Victor. She has a tape marked Speed dating final.
Daniel walks in.
DANIEL
Hey kid need some coffee?
RAVEN
Oh thanks. I'm almost done. Just a
couple more edits.
DANIEL
Cool I'm going now be back in a
bit.
RAVEN
Hopefully I'm done by then.
DANIEL
Good luck kid.
Daniel leaves and Raven gives him a grunt and gets back to
work. After a moment she sits up with a smile.
RAVEN
Great. Let's see what we got.
She begins to watch and falls asleep in the editing room.
Daniel comes back with coffee and leaves it for her. He sits
down and looks at the pieces.
DANIEL
OK let's see if you finished.
Raven is snoring. Daniel reviews the tapes for her.
INT TV NEWS STATION EDITING ROOM MORNING
She wakes up and sees a note saying that the piece looked
good and to enjoy the coffee. She looks over and sees an
opened cup of coffee with red lipstick next to her.
RAVEN
That weird.
She looks up at the clock and is late with both stories.
RAVEN
Oh crap! Where's my story?
Daniel comes in looking for her with two new cups of coffee.
DANIEL
I knew you were still sleeping. You
coming to this meeting?
RAVEN
Sierra stole my tape and drank my
coffee.
DANIEL
What?
RAVEN
The coffee has lipstick and the
tape is gone.
DANIEL
The coffee has lipstick?
RAVEN
I never drank this coffee and I
don't were lipstick. Her story is
here and mine is gone.
DANIEL
Calm down I copied it to show my
cousin.
RAVEN
You have a copy.
DANIEL
Of coarse. It's in my bag let's go.
She runs out with Daniel and after a moment comes back for
the lipstick coffee.
INT TV NEWS STATION NEWS ROOM MORNING
Everyone is waiting for Raven in the room. She comes in
disheveled.
RAVEN
Sorry I'm late last minute changes.
SIERRA
Nice bed head.
RAVEN
Nice story.
Bill Laughs to himself. Sierra is angry.
SIERRA
So if there are not further delays
I'd like to show you my piece.
BILL KRAUSS
I'd like to see Raven's first.
SIERRA
It's the same piece Bill. We work
together.

Bill dims the lights on a fuming Sierra. Raven sits next to
her and places the coffee cup next to her.

Quickly edited shots of the mayor's speech, the armored car,
and the skateboard rider go by.

Floating money, invisible men and
kids riding electricity, no it's
not the Sci-fi channel it's New
York City Unexplained. I'm Raven
Choo and I'm going to bring these
stories to you.
Sierra leans into Raven.
SIERRA TAYLOR
What is this?
RAVEN
My freedom.
They continue on with the presentation. When the lights go
up Bill is pleased. Raven looks at Sierra and looks at the
cup with her lipstick on it.
RAVEN
Thought you might have wanted to
finish it.
Sierra sneers and looks away.
BILL KRAUSS (CONT'D)
Great job everyone. Reporters I
expect new ideas by Wednesday. That
means you too Raven. Just one this
week.
Sierra looks shocked.
EXT COMPUTER CAFE AFTERNOON
Steve walks up and into the building.
INT COMPUTER CAFE AFTERNOON
Steve sets up his external hard drive and holds the cord in
his hand. The hard drive turns on. He reviews more of the
files he copied.
FLASHBACK
INT PENTAGON DAY
A young Price Hancock is standing before a council of armed
forces officials.
PRICE HANCOCK
According to my data the human race
is about to undergo an evolutionary
jump that our society is not
equipped for. People are already
showing signs of possessing the
ability to alter their environment
by sheer thought.
The council grumbles.
PRICE HANCOCK
I'm sure that I don't have to
address the threat to national
security this would present.
GENERAL ONE
What evidence do you have of this?
PRICE HANCOCK
I'd like to present to you Dion
Nicholas.
A fourteen year old child is escorted into the council room.
PRICE HANCOCK
I found Dion in a reform school in
New York. His mother died of
leukemia and his father's identity
is unknown. He had been in and out
of foster homes his whole life.
This child can disapear from this
world and no one would ever know.
Price pulls a gun out of his jacket and points it at the
child and fires.
The council members draw their weapons but then notice that
Dion is cowering but is surrounded by a shield that has the
bullet suspended in it.
PRICE HANCOCK
Amazing isn't he.
The council looks around at each other.
PRICE HANCOCK
I have developed the technology to
track people who posses these
abilities as well as suppress the
development in those who do not. It
is imperative that we develope an
agency to monitor the behavior and
if necessary detain these people.
INT COMPUTER CAFE AFTERNOON
Steve sees two black vans pull up outside the cafe.
STEVE
Oh shit.
He grabs his drive and shoves it into a book bag made of
rubber. He touches a power strip on a table. The power strip
overloads and catches fire. Electricity spreads through the
other computers causing all the users to jump up. When their
computers catch on fire the store starts to panic. People are
trying to run, blocking the path of the DOMAR agents. Steve
gets away in the crowd.
INT BAR NIGHT
Raven is drinking with Daniel and others from work.
DANIEL
It's almost on. Hurry.
The bartender is pouring champagne for the City News group.
Raven drank her glass and is trying to get refilled.
DANIEL
Turn around girl it's on.
INT PETER RAYMOND'S APARTMENT NIGHT
Peter is also watching the news cast.
RAVEN
In the past few weeks people with
what seems to be advanced weaponry
have been using them under all our
noses. The latest and attack on the
Mayor.
Peter smiles.
INT CLYDE RICHARDS' APAPARTMENT
Clyde is also watching. Footage of Dion and Vertigo is on.
RAVEN
And what of these two men who
single handled robbed and armored
truck and incapacitated two armed
guards.
He is upset by the footage.
RAVEN
With such dangerous men in our city
why haven't the Police or FBI
issued a warning?
INT THE HANCOCK'S HOUSE NIGHT
Steve sees Raven's story on TV.
RAVEN
When I called the police to ask
about the truck robbery...they
replied that they had not been
informed about any such event.
The robbery footage of Dion and Vertigo is shown again.
RAVEN
Who was the man who high jacked the
mayor's speech and who is Elizabeth
Hancock. Many questions and no
answers. Over the next few weeks I
hope to answer these questions and

Price Hancock is in a laboratory. Three people, two men and a
woman are floating in liquid inside glass chambers. Tubes are
coming out of their bodies. A phone rings.
PRICE HANCOCK
Hello. No I have not seen it. Send
it to me.
Price goes to a computer a views Raven's story. Price picks
up the phone.
PRICE HANCOCK
I am certain you have seen the
report.
INT PENTAGON NIGHT
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
The problem will be contained and
remedied. Your satellites are
malfunctioning. They recorded power
usage but when my men arrived none
of the targets were spotted.
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY NIGHT
PRICE HANCOCK
They do prove to be elusive and we
are running out of time. If you do
not contain them quickly it will be
too late. There is always my way...
Price looks at the chambers holding the three and smiles.
INT RAVEN'S HOUSE NIGHT
Raven stumbles into her house drunk. She falls back closing
the door and drops her coat and bag on the floor. The
telephone rings.
RAVEN
Hello city channel...I mean Raven.
STEVE
Hello, my name is Ste..Sparks. Can
I speak with Raven Choo.
RAVEN
Speaking?
STEVE
I have information about the
occurrences you speak of.
RAVEN
How did you get this number? Who
are you?
STEVE
You saw me in the subway station a
few days ago. I have some answers.
RAVEN
Sparks? Are you the kid on the
tracks?
STEVE
Yeah. Are you interested?
RAVEN
Hell ya, can you come to the
station.
STEVE
I would rather meet somewhere else.
RAVEN
Of course you would.
STEVE
I can't risk being caught.
From the corner of her eye Raven sees a person in green light
in the doorway of her bedroom holding a knife. She turns her
head and sees no one.
STEVE
So you want to meet?
RAVEN
Uh...yeah sorry. Where?
EXT CON EDISON POWER PLANT NIGHT
Raven is walking down a dark street alone. Still rather
drunk.
RAVEN
This wasn't the best idea.
She sees the power plant and waits by the fence.
RAVEN
Ten minutes that's all he's got.
Raven can see a man coming down the street.
STEVE
Raven Choo?
RAVEN
Yes
STEVE
I'm not used to this shady dealings
thing.
RAVEN
I'm an old pro. What you got and
how much is it going to cost me?
STEVE
Nothing, people just need to know.
RAVEN
Really? What you got?
STEVE
The government has been using
satellites to suppress our
evolution.
Raven looks blankly at Steve.
STEVE
We developed a resistance.
RAVEN
Who developed a resistance?
STEVE
People like me and the guy who was
at the mayor's speech.
RAVEN
Do you two work together.
STEVE
I don't work at all.
RAVEN
Then what's your connection?
STEVE
We have none. This is just
happening. With out the satellites
everyone would be like this.
RAVEN
You have any proof of this?
STEVE
OK I can only do this for a second
because the satellites will find
above ground but...
He hops on his board and electrifies it. It begins to hover
over the ground.
RAVEN
Oh my god!
She goes to touch it.
STEVE
No!
He turns it off and falls to the ground.
RAVEN
Sorry. That was great.
STEVE
OK but we have very little time
now.
RAVEN
So they can just trace you right
here.
STEVE
Yes.
RAVEN
How do you know about this.
STEVE
I came across some footage of
experiments done from the early
eighties. Some but it is
fragmented. It seems some of it is
missing. But I do have footage of
Elizabeth Hancock's murder.
RAVEN
Who killed her.
STEVE
I don't know.
Raven takes a CD from Steve.
RAVEN
Thank you.
STEVE
I'll try to get you more when I
can.
RAVEN
Where are you getting this from?
STEVE
I'll get you more when I can.
He takes off. Raven goes to walk away and decides to wait and
see what happens. She waits in the doorway of an abandoned
house. After a few moment black vans speed to the location.
Raven is shocked and realizes she is in danger because of the
CD she carries. She puts the CD into her jacket and remains
silent. The DOMAR agents begin to look around the area.
DOMAR AGENT 1
The location is a power plant. I
think we may have stopped them but
we are going to look around.
A rat is crawling near Raven's leg.
RAVEN
Oh my god.
She is suddenly distracted by a homeless man in Green light
who looks as if he froze to death. He is standing over her
and leering.
DOMAR AGENT 2
We got a reading!
DOMAR AGENT 1
Over there!
The agents run towards Raven who remembers the first threat
and gets up to run. The man in green is no longer there. She
runs upstairs.
DOMAR AGENT 2
I heard something.
The six agents start to fill the building.
DOMAR AGENT 3
We have a confirmation. He's in
here.
Raven is in an upstairs bathroom. She looks at the window but
it is gated. Then she notices a laundry shoot. The door knob
shakes. Then the door breaks open.
INT LAUNDRY SHOOT NIGHT
Raven is falling down the shoot. She falls through the end
that is sticking out of the basement ceiling.
RAVEN
Ouch.
Raven gets up and hears the men running down. She ducks out a
window that leads to the street. She drops the CD as she gets
out. Raven try to reach the CD but has to leave when the
Agents get into the basement. One shines his light and sees
Raven's arm leaving the window. They shoot at her.
RAVEN
Holy Shit!
She runs down the street and faster than she ever has before.
When the men come out they see no one.
DOMAR AGENT 1
We lost him.
RAVEN waits from under a car, until the guards leave.
FADE TO BLACK.
ACT II
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY NIGHT
Price is speaking with the agent.
PRICE HANCOCK
Which one was it.
DOMAR AGENT 1
We couldn't tell Sir.
PRICE HANCOCK
Keep looking.
EXT CON EDISON POWER PLANT NIGHT
DOMAR AGENT 1
Yes Sir.
DOMAR AGENT 2
We found something.
He is holding the CD raven lost.
INT RAVEN'S HOUSE NIGHT
Raven gets home and is dirty and tired. She gathers herself
and starts to cry.
INT RAVEN'S APARTMENT SHOWER NIGHT
She takes a shower. Raven starts hearing whispers. She looks
towards the bathroom door. This time she gets angry instead
of scared.
INT RAVEN'S APARTMENT HALLWAY NIGHT
Raven walks out of the bathroom and looks down the hallway.
She walks out with a chrome plunger. She sees no one in the
apartment.
INT RAVEN'S APARTMENT BEDROOM NIGHT
Tired and weak Raven lays down to go to bed. After a moment
in the dark two figures run past her doorway.
RAVEN
Whose that!
She gets up and pulls a bat from under her bed. She looks
into the hallway and sees no one. She searches the hole
apartment and sees nothing. Finally she goes back to bed but
locks the door.
INT RAVEN'S APARTMENT BEDROOM MORINING
Raven wakes up to the phone ringing. She barely gets up and
answers it.
RAVEN
Hello.
DANIEL
You coming to work today.
RAVEN
What time is it?
DANIEL
Noon.
RAVEN
Oh my god! Tell Bill I am
researching a lead.
DANIEL
I told him that already so you
better come back with something.
RAVEN
Thank's Daniel.
DANIEL
Don't worry about it.
RAVEN
Can you be here in an hour with the
van.
DANIEL
Yeah, where we going?
RAVEN
Peekskill, NY.
DANIEL
OK.
Raven jumps up and grabbing her head goes to get ready.
EXT RAVEN'S APARTMENT AFTERNOON
Raven come out of her apartment and gets into the news van.
DANIEL
Where we going boss.
RAVEN
DOMAR genetic research facility and
don't call me boss.
DANIEL
What do we got going up there?
RAVEN
There is a doctor up there named
Price Hancock that knows something
about these people.
DANIEL
What makes you think he will talk
to you.
RAVEN
Honestly I don't but if he doesn't
he has something to hide. We
stumbled on to something big.
DANIEL
What makes you say that?
RAVEN
Someone tried to kill me last
night.
Daniel looks a little worried.
DANIEL
You sure we should be getting into
this.
RAVEN
I know we should get into this.
EXT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY AFTERNOON
The van pulls up to the industrial park.
RAVEN
Start filming OK.
Daniel has the camera on his shoulder.
DANIEL
I already am.
Raven and Daniel go up to the intercom.
RAVEN
Hello I am here to speak to Price
Hancock.
They wait outside for a moment.
VOICE
This is a private facility. We do
not accept visitors. You have three
minutes to leave the premises.
Three DOMAR agents walk towards the front of the building
with two dogs.
DANIEL
Uh...Raven. We need to leave.
RAVEN
No way we have a right to know
what's happening.
DANIEL
Well I know what's happening and we
need to go.
RAVEN
Oh shit. Let's go keep filming.
They get into their van and go.
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY AFTERNOON
Price is watching the commotion from a video scree. There is
a DOMAR agent standing with him.
PRICE HANCOCK
This is the only thing you found
there.
DOMAR AGENT 1
Yes sir.
PRICE HANCOCK
And there was only one person
there?
DOMAR AGENT 1
Yes sir.
PRICE HANCOCK
Did you pull up any finger prints
from the CD.
DOMAR AGENT 1
Yes sir, two people sir. One was
Raven Choo the other hasn't come up
yet.
PRICE HANCOCK
Well I don't think she was the only
one their last night. Cross
reference the prints with our
employee and visitor records.
DOMAR AGENT 1
It will take a while but I get it
to you as soon as possible.
The agent leaves Price. He presses an intercom system.
PRICE HANCOCK
I need everything you have on Raven
Choo.
INT CITY CHANNEL NEWS STATION BILL KRAUSS' OFFICE EVENING
Raven is talking to Bill about her findings.
BILL KRAUSS
Raven these are serious
allegations. Don't even imply this
until you get me solid proof.
RAVEN
I had it. Someone tried real hard
to make sure I didn't get away with
it.
BILL KRAUSS
Don't get arrested again.
RAVEN
That's the least of my worries.
BILL KRAUSS
Be careful. If this is what you say
you could be in real danger.
RAVEN
I know. I have to get in contact
with my source.
INT THE HANCOCK'S HOUSE NIGHT
Steve is getting ready to leave the house and the phone
rings. Steve sees that the caller ID says CITY NEWS.
STEVE
Shit.
Steve answers the phone.
STEVE
Hello?
RAVEN
Hello Sparks?
STEVE
You can't ever call here.
Understand!
INT CITY CHANNEL NEWS STATION
Raven is at her desk. She checks her last incoming calls and
finds that Steve's call was from the Hancock house.
RAVEN
I had no way to get in touch with
you.
STEVE
How'd you get this number?
RAVEN
Caller ID.
INT THE HANCOCK'S HOUSE NIGHT
STEVE
Oh...Listen If you call here again
I'll get caught.
RAVEN
Are you Price Hancock?
STEVE
No, I'm his son. Listen I'll meet
you in front of your station in an
hour. Loose this number.
INT CITY CHANNEL NEWS STATION NIGHT
Raven is shocked and hangs up the phone. People are leaving
the station for the night. Raven is now alone in her area.
Clyde Richard's is seen materializing above Raven's cubicle.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Your stories are wrong and will
incite fear.
Raven looks up and sees Clyde.
RAVEN
Oh my god! Help!
Raven runs through the office and into the elevator. She
walks out and is met by two DOMAR agents.
DOMAR AGENT 1
You have a meeting to attend.
Ghost rises from behind them and takes them both down.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Raven Choo I need to speak with
you.
Suddenly Ghost is shocked and falls to the ground. He fades
into a shadow. Steve, wearing a bandanna is standing in front
of Raven.
RAVEN
Sparks!
STEVE
We got to get out of here. There's
camera's everywhere.
Sparks looks up at the camera and extends his hand. The image
goes blank.
They run into the underground parking lot.
RAVEN
Who are they?
STEVE
DOMAR agents.
RAVEN
DOMAR has agents?
STEVE
Didn't you read the disk?
RAVEN
They came after me last night.
STEVE
How did they find you?
RAVEN
I kind of stayed after you left to
see if they'd show up.
Clyde Richards shoots out of the wall and knocks Sparks to
the ground.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Why are they chasing you?
RAVEN
Why are you chasing me?
Sparks gets up and charges at Clyde but falls right through
him.
STEVE
Leave her alone Ghost.
CLYDE RICHARDS
How do you know me?
STEVE
You and Prism killed my mother.
CLYDE RICHARDS
What?
Sparks electrocutes Ghost and sends him sailing backwards. As
he falls he goes through the floor. Ghost is on the ceiling
and breaks a water pipe above Sparks. Ghost and Raven gets
shocked. Sparks is forced to de-charge to save Raven. Ghost
flies up through the floor carrying water up with him. He
round house kicks Sparks and continues to hit him. Each
direction Sparks falls, Ghost appears and hits him.
RAVEN
No!
He eyes light up and she sees dozens of people in green in
the parking lot. Ghost also sees them but in black and white
with lots of shadow. Ghost goes into a defensive stance and
then looks towards Raven. Everything goes back to normal.
RAVEN
Don't hurt him.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Who is your mother.
STEVE
Elizabeth Hancock.
Ghost looks shock and solidifies.
CLYDE RICHARDS
I am sorry. My name is Clyde
Richards. I knew your mother well.
I didn't kill her. Your father did.
Ghost picks up Sparks and helps him walk out of the building.
CLYDE RICHARDS
We need to get somewhere safe.
RAVEN
We can go to my apartment.
CLYDE RICHARDS
They seem to be looking for you.
STEVE
We can't go to my house.
CLYDE RICHARDS
OK come on.
INT CLYDE RICHARD'S APAPARTMENT NIGHT
The three of them walk into the apartment. Raven goes in
first and turns on a light.
RAVEN
Oh sorry I didn't know anyone would
be here.
Ghost drops Sparks and rises in front of Raven from the floor
ready to fight.
PETER RAYMOND
Clyde she's cute I didn't think you
dated.
CLYDE RICHARDS
What are you doing here Peter.
PETER RAYMOND
We didn't finish our conversation.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Yes we did.
Clyde helps Steve to the couch and closes the door.
PETER RAYMOND
Who are your friends?
CLYDE RICHARDS
This Elizabeth's son.
PETER RAYMOND
Clyde I didn't know. Isn't he a bit
old?
CLYDE RICHARDS
He's Price and Elizabeth's son.
PETER RAYMOND
I'm sorry boy. You're dad's a dick.
STEVE
My name is Sparks.
PETER RAYMOND
Sparks?
He laughs.
STEVE
Better than Prism.
PETER RAYMOND

CLYDE RICHARDS
I didn't tell him anything.
PETER RAYMOND

STEVE

STEVE

slash model goes by Prism, acquired
by Ghost.
PETER RAYMOND

STEVE

INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY NIGHT
Price is holding a gun on Elizabeth and Peter. Elizabeth sees
Ghost coming out from inside an air shaft.
PETER RAYMOND
I'll burn her Price.
Ghost shows up behind Prism and Elizabeth.
ELIZABETH HANCOCK
Clyde No! Run!
Price looks at Elizabeth as if she broke his heart.
PRICE HANCOCK
Elizabeth...no. You're helping
them.
CLYDE RICHARDS
It's over Price. Let us go. You'll
never hear from us again.
PRICE HANCOCK
Elizabeth...how could you do this
to me.
ELIZABETH HANCOCK
It's not right Price. You can't
just let them be killed.
PRICE HANCOCK
Elizabeth they will be terminated
no matter what.
Price shoots Prism but he turns into light and the bullet
goes through him into Elizabeth.
CLYDE RICHARDS
No!
Clyde sees Elizabeth fall in Peter's arms and sets his eyes
on Price. We see from Clyde's eyes. Price is holding the gun
in front of clyde then Clyde recesses into a shadow on the
ground and we see the same scene as a negative while Clyde
travels under Elizabeth and Peter and pauses under Price.
PRICE HANCOCK
I know you still here! You don't
scare me.
Ghost appears next to Price and breaks the hand with the gun
in it then slams Price against the wall.
Ghost's knee hits into Price's side and blood shoots out of
his mouth. Ghost stares Price in eyes.
PETER RAYMOND
She's still alive. We have to get
her out of here.
Ghost looks towards Elizabeth and give Price enough time to
stab him in the arm. Ghost hits Price so hard he flies across
the hall then slides over to Elizabeth.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Get out and meet the other's. I'll
get her there.
PETER RAYMOND
Don't take her into the shadows.
CLYDE RICHARDS
She's unconscious.
PETER RAYMOND
OK.
Ghost picks up Elizabeth and sinks into a shadow.
EXT JUNK YARD NIGHT
Prism, Dion and Vertigo are waiting. Ghost comes out of the
ground carrying Elizabeth and places her on the floor.
ELIZABETH HANCOCK
I'm so sorry.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Shh, don't speak. Save your energy.
ELIZABETH HANCOCK
You all are free now.
They all look as if they all will cry.
ELIZABETH HANCOCK
We have done wrong by you all and
we all deserve to die. But don't go
after them, please. Just live your
life.
With that Elizabeth dies and the rest hang there heads.
PETER RAYMOND
Your father killed her for helping
us.
STEVE
That's not what I saw. My father is
hiding the truth and blaming you.
He said you all took her as
insurance.
CLYDE RICHARDS
I don't know what you saw but I
buried her myself. She was dead and
by Price's bullet.
STEVE
I got into my father's computer and
copied a bunch of files about you
and the experiment.
PETER RAYMOND
That's it! We're free!
CLYDE RICHARDS
What are you talking about?
PETER RAYMOND
If we can get this information on
the air we wont have to hide
anymore. The world will know the
truth. Why haven't you aired this
yet?
STEVE
I tried.
RAVEN
I kind of lost the DVD trying to
spy on some DOMAR troops.
STEVE
Yeah.
PETER RAYMOND
So why don't you just get another
copy?
RAVEN
Well that's what we were going to
do when Ghost attacked us.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Clyde my name is Clyde and I saved
you from DOMAR. Sparks attacked me.
RAVEN
Oh yeah, I forgot.
STEVE
Why were DOMAR looking for you? Did
they get the disk from you?
RAVEN
No I didn't see them find it but I
did try to interview your father
upstate.
STEVE
Either they know about me and you
or they are just checking you out
because you went up there. Either
way I have to go back home to get
the files.
RAVEN
What if he knows?
STEVE
What else can I do. If I don't come
back he will figure it out.
PETER RAYMOND
Did you see any information on the
satellites?
STEVE
Yes some.
PETER RAYMOND
Do you think we can disable them.
STEVE
I think I can.
PETER RAYMOND
Do it.
CLYDE RICHARDS
No! We have no idea how that will
effect the rest of the population.
RAVEN
What could happen?
CLYDE RICHARDS

PETER RAYMOND
It wasn't that bad.
CLYDE RICHARDS
In a laboratory with sedation, it
was still the worst experience I
have ever felt.
PETER RAYMOND

STEVE

CLYDE RICHARDS

STEVE

STEVE

STEVE

Raven looks at Clyde.
RAVEN

And you didn't want to start a
resistance group! Look at us, an
assassin, a propaganda ministry, an
inside spy and a master of
disguise. We are not too shabby. I
wonder if Dion and Vertigo are
gonna help.
INT DION AND VICTOR'S APARTMENT NIGHT
Dion and Victor are having quite a number of friends over.
Drugs and alcohol are all over the apartment. The place is
filled with what looks like stolen goods. There are beautiful
women dancing around the apartment and the Dion and Victor
seem to be the center of attention.
DION NICE

VICTOR CRAFT

DION NICE

VICTOR CRAFT

They laugh as woman 1 comes over and sits on Dion's lap.

A tear gas container is shot through the sky light. The party
guests are scattering everywhere. Tear gas containers are
shooting in through each window.
VICTOR CRAFT
I guess the party's over.
DION NICE
Oh well. It was fun while it
lasted.
Officers are coming through the windows.
DION NICE
Should we take anything.
VICTOR CRAFT
Nah, we'll have something to work
for.
Cops surround Dion and Victor and draw their guns.
DION NICE
You folks weren't invited.
Victor falls into the chair and disappears.
OFFICER 1
Where did he go!
OFFICER 2
Don't move freeze.
Dion looks over at his wallet.
OFFICER 1
Don't move.
DION NICE
What the fuck.
He goes for his wallet and the cops open fire on him. Dozens
of rounds of bullets are fired at Dion. The room is filling
with smoke.
OFFICER 1
Hold your fire!
The officers stop shooting and see all there bullets on the
floor.
DION NICE
Yall are fucked up.
Dion stretches out his arms and all the officers and
furniture around him fly away from him. Dion gets up and
heads out the door.
DION NICE
Yall know how to ruin a good party.
He turns and walks out of the doorway. Bullets are heard
going off in the hallway.
DION NICE
Oh don't you people learn.
The shooting stops and officers screaming followed by
multiple thumps are heard.
EXT DION AND VICTOR'S APARTMENT NIGHT
Ambulances and fire trucks are outside with new crews and
passers by that have formed a crowd. Five DOMAR vans pull up
outside the apartment.
Price Hancock comes out of his car and walks up to the head
detective and an FBI agent.
PRICE HANCOCK
Are you Agent Hoffman?
AGENT HOFFMAN
Yes and you are?
PRICE HANCOCK
Price Hancock I have defense
clearing.
Price shows his ID.
AGENT HOFFMAN
Yes sir, How can I be of service.
PRICE HANCOCK
Have you or any of your men seen
any of these men.
AGENT HOFFMAN
These two match the description of
the two assailants.
They have been performing a number
of robberies using high-tec
weaponry.
PRICE HANCOCK
Please remove all police and FBI
officers from the scene. We will
handle this from here.
DOMAR agents park all around the building and go inside.
Price makes a Phone call.
PRICE HANCOCK
We have a confirmation. Vertigo and
Dion. Yes that is three I am
assuming the fourth is out here
also. No they got away. They
leveled an entire NYPD raid unit. I
believe it is time to implement my
recovery plan. Meet me at the
research facility tomorrow.
Price hangs up the phone and gets into his car and drives
off.
INT THE HANCOCK'S HOUSE MORNING
Steve gets home and begins to copy information into his hard
drive from Price's computer. Steve sees a picture of his
mother and father and him on the desk. He looks at it then
turns it down.
PRICE HANCOCK
Step away from the computer
Steve turns to see his father standing behind him.
STEVE
What's up dad?
PRICE HANCOCK
What are you doing Steve.
Price sees the files coping.
STEVE
My computer is busted I was
downloading some music from your
computer.
PRICE HANCOCK
How did you get in here?
Price pulls a gun out of his jacket.
STEVE
What are you doing dad?
PRICE HANCOCK
Son who put you up to this?
STEVE
Dad?
PRICE HANCOCK
Steve don't lie to me.
STEVE
Dad I'm not lying to you.
PRICE HANCOCK
Price I found the CD. It was your
finger prints on it. Why are you
doing this.
STEVE
Because you killed mom.
PRICE HANCOCK
No. It wasn't me. I can explain all
of it. Just step away from the
computer.
STEVE
No dad. What you are doing is wrong
and I can't let you do this.
PRICE HANCOCK
What do you know about right and
wrong. If it wasn't for us the
world would have no control. People
would do whatever whenever. Steve
just let me explain.
STEVE
I know the truth. I know you shot
her.
PRICE HANCOCK
Where are they Steve? Is it Ghost?
Did he tell you that? Did he tell
you that your mother died because
he tried to kill me. I was trying
to defend myself. Steve, they
robbed me of your mother. Don't let

Price lowers the gun and moves closer to Steve.
STEVE
Dad stay there.
PRICE HANCOCK

men are dangerous. They'd do
anything to survive. You can not
trust them.
STEVE

Price grabs Steve and pulls the gun on him.
PRICE HANCOCK
Because I made them that way. Now
turn off the hard drive before I am
forced to kill you too.
STEVE
You did kill mom.
PRICE HANCOCK
You don't understand Steve. People
will be out of control. These
changes are dangerous.
STEVE
More than you think.
Steve Charges up causing Price's muscles to clinch up. He
fires the gun into the air repeatedly. His hair is beginning
to burn.
STEVE
You killed mom because she wanted
to keep you from killing people
like me!
Steve raises the level of electricity going through them. The
hand holding the gun is smoking as the skin melts on to the
gun. Price's clothes are starting to burn. He is grinding his
teeth so hard that they are starting to break.
STEVE
Get away from me.
With a massive surge Price sails across the room and lands in
a charred and smoking heap.
Sparks finishes the files and takes off.
EXT SUBWAY STATION MORNING
Steve is on a pay phone.
STEVE
Hello Clyde?
CLYDE RICHARDS
Yes.
STEVE
I killed him.
INT CLYDE RICHARD'S APAPARTMENT MORNING
CLYDE RICHARDS

STEVE
Yes, he caught me and tried to kill
me.

STEVE

STEVE

Raven is looking nervous.

Steve hangs up the phone.

Clyde hangs up the phone and turns to the others.
CLYDE RICHARDS
He killed Price and is on the run.
He thinks they are following him.
PETER RAYMOND
What are we going to do know? They
are going to think we killed Price.
RAVEN
What about Sparks. We have to find
him.
PETER RAYMOND
I don't think he wants to be found.
CLYDE RICHARDS
This is why I didn't want to get
involved. Couldn't you all just
leave this alone.
RAVEN
It's too late now. We have to help
him. I am going back to the station
to see if I can find out anything
on Price or Steve.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Do you think it is safe to go back
to work.
RAVEN
Yes, they waited until the station
was empty they wanted to keep their
visit quiet.
CLYDE RICHARDS

PETER RAYMOND
You see you should have just joined

and confused who knows what he will

Raven leaves Ghost and Prism watching TV.
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY AFTERNOON
Price is being rushed through the hallways off the facility.
His body is badly burned and he is unrecognizable. They rush
him into an operating room.
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY OPERATING ROOM AFTERNOON
The Secretary of Defense is watching the operation.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE

We are not sure Sir. But we believe
they have his son and may hold him
for Ransom.

A second agent runs into the observation room.

room.

The truth about the CR experiments
and the death of Elizabeth Hancock
are to be released to the general
public along with the true purpose
of the satellites. If these demands
are not met by 2pm today the truth
will be revealed.

Clyde comes into the room and looks at the screen. Clips of
Spark's message is shown on the screen.
REPORTER
The Defense department released a
statement today condemning the
kidnapping of Price Hancock, head
of DOMAR genetic research and his
son Steve Hancock. They have also
release these photos of four men
believed to be involved with the
terrorist threat. If you have
information on these men please
call your local authorities.
Pictures of Dion Nice, Victor Craft, Clyde Richards and Peter
Raymond appear on the screen.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Oh shit.
REPORTER
These men are considered armed and
extremely dangerous.
CLYDE RICHARDS
He's set the entire world on us.
PETER RAYMOND

CLYDE RICHARDS

Small fractals of light appear around Peter face. When they
decimate his face changes into another man.

Raven walks in and sees the room buzzing. Daniel comes up to
Raven.
DANIEL
Where have you been?
RAVEN
Working on the story. What's going
on.
DANIEL
One of your guys has just made a
threat. It's on every station.
RAVEN
One of my guys.
DANIEL
You know the freaks.
RAVEN

DANIEL

Raven sees Sparks on a monitor screen.
DANIEL
He said that if the government
doesn't make a statement regarding
DOMAR that something will happen to
expose them at 2pm.
RAVEN

DANIEL
One fifty.
RAVEN
Ten minutes. Daniel, get somewhere
safe where you are alone.
DANIEL
What is going on?
RAVEN

INT CITY CHANNEL NEWS STATION BILL KRAUSS' OFFICE AFTERNOON
Bill is arguing with Sierra Taylor.
SIERRA
But Bill I need her. We made such a
great team.
BILL KRAUSS
I think we can find you a new field
producer.
Raven walks in and hears this.
RAVEN
Good morning Bill.
BILL KRAUSS
You! Who the fuck are you pissing
off?
RAVEN
What, I thought...
BILL KRAUSS
I let you do one story and now I am
getting calls from the state
department.
RAVEN
The state Department?
BILL KRAUSS
Yes the state department. They want
your series cut and you suspended.
SIERRA TAYLOR
You see things were better before.
BILL KRAUSS
Why are you still here?
SIERRA TAYLOR
This just proves my point.
BILL KRAUSS
No Sierra this just proves that she
is rustling feathers. Get air tight
evidence, then get me the story.

Raven begins to feel a bit strange.
SIERRA
But Bill you can't be serious. We
barely get all our stories in now
with another reporter it will be
impossible to get stories in each
week.
BILL KRAUSS
Then only the best stories are
going in from now on. Raven are you
OK?
Sierra looks at Raven who looks as if she is going to burst.
SIERRA
Look at her. She's probably been up
all night doing drugs. Bill she
doesn't go with the image we have
tried to up hold here.
BILL KRAUSS
And what image is that Sierra?
Screams are heard from outside the office.
BILL KRAUSS (CONT'D)
What now?
Raven jumps on Sierra and starts biting her face.
SIERRA
Oh my god! Bill!
BILL KRAUSS
Raven! What are you doing?
Bill tries to get her off and can see people are attacking
each other outside his office.
BILL KRAUSS (CONT'D)
What the hell?
Bill is pushed out the way as Raven pushes the senior
reporter through the glass door and runs wildly out of the
office. Sierra is badly cut and laying on the floor as
everyone tries to rush out of the office.
INT CITY CHANNEL NEWS STATION EDITING ROOM TAPE LOCKER
Daniel is hiding inside a locker hearing the commotion
outside. He has a camera with him.
DANIEL
I don't know what's happening.
People are ripping each other
apart. I am not sure but I think I
am going to die. I hope this tape
doesn't get destroyed. Is this on.
INT TV NEWS STATION STAIRWAY MORNING
The stairwell is packed with people trying to kill each
other. As Raven rushes by she can see in each office are
others just trying to hide while others are dragging the
unfortunates away.
Blood is falling from the stairs and collecting at the
bottom. The stairs have people who fell wedged between rails
and screaming for dear life from the pain of continuously
being trampled.
Raven ignores this and begins to climb the crowd of bigger
people. She digs her nails into people in front of her and
rips her way to the surface. She is thrown from the fourth
floor over the railing. Raven falls with out fear and claws
at a large man on the second floor, sending him over the
railing while she holds on. Raven pushes through with out
looking at the man who just fell.
She can see the doorway through the mob of bloody people. It
has already been broken through and people are flooding the
street. Raven is pushed through.
EXT TV NEWS STATION MORNING
The street outside the office building is cover with hundreds
maybe thousands of people clawing their way forward attacking
anyone in their way. Old ladies attacking grown men. Hoards
of children ripping apart a man on the corner. Raven is
trying to bite off a man's ear who wont get out the door fast
enough. Suddenly everything stops and they all look up
towards a falling comet in the sky.
All is silent as they watch it fall into Central Park. Then
what looks like a third of the population of New York City
runs towards the crash site.
People fall under the weight of stronger ones. Raven is
crawling over crowds of people. She is covered in blood and
clawing at people who try to stop her. The mass of people are
followed by a carpet of mutilated bodies and body parts and
people that have not yet died under foot. Screams call be
heard from the floor below. Now only the enraged people are
on the streets. Non effected people are cowering in buildings
and under cars in hope the mob will pass. Empty cars line
the blood covered streets.
EXT CENTRAL PARK MORNING
Inside Central Park becomes a wild hunt with people running
between trees only stopping to attack someone who got too
close.
A large crater reveals itself on the great lawn. In it is
what seems to be the remains of a satellite. When the crowd
gets to the crater a larger fight begins. The great lawn is
filled with thousands of people fighting to the death like
wild beasts. None using a weapon just hands ripping at flesh.
Raven is fast and small and runs after she attacks someone
bigger. A large man decides to not give up and runs after
Raven who turns and stops running. She clears blood from her
eyes and runs towards him. He braces and in one hand movement
knocks her to the ground. Raven gets up and Jump past his
fists and pushes his nose into his head. His eyes glaze over
and he falls on Raven.
The satellite has one button left on inside that is blinking
red. It burns out.
Suddenly they all go blank and fall to the ground. The field
is covered in bodies and injured people. A few try to get up
and begin to scream as if they had no idea what happened.
Raven crawls from under the large man who died with his hands
around her neck. She is covered in blood and scared to death.
When she stands she sees the entire lawn covered in bodies
and body parts.
INT POLICE STATION NIGHT
Raven is in a police station answering questions about the
event. She is video taped telling her story.
RAVEN
When I came to I was covered in
blood surrounded by dead people.
OFFICER
And you don't remember anything
right?
RAVEN
No...well.
OFFICER
Miss Choo?
RAVEN
Nothing, can I go home?
Raven is walking out and looks at all the people. The police
station is filled with badly bruised people lined up to tell
their story. Raven leaves and goes home.
EXT NEW YORK CITY CAB NIGHT
The city looks as if it has gone through a war. Workers are
piling up bodies into trucks in the street. Hundreds of
people. Too much to even use body bags anymore. Walls of
photos surround the city. Pictures of lost loved ones. Every
face just looking for an answer.
INT MOTEL NIGHT
Peter Raymond in disguise walks up to the front desk.
PETER RAYMOND
Do you got a room?
Peter walks up to his room and opens the window. In a moment
Ghost comes through.
CLYDE RICHARDS
I didn't think this would happen.
PETER RAYMOND
We didn't know what would happen.
CLYDE RICHARDS
I just didn't think it would have
been this bad.
PETER RAYMOND
Do you think the others are still
alive?
CLYDE RICHARDS
I don't know. It's been hard to
focus on Dion or Vertigo since the
Satellite fell. To many people
popping up.
PETER RAYMOND
I can't either. Do you think he
will drop the rest?
CLYDE RICHARDS
I think he will.
PETER RAYMOND
Really.
CLYDE RICHARDS

PETER RAYMOND

think will happen?

A bigger version of what I didn't

The two try to get some sleep.
INT RAVEN'S APARTMENT NIGHT
Raven gets home and listens to the death count rise by the
minute on the nightly news.
REPORTER
Nearly four thousand people were
effected by unexplained behavior
this afternoon. Government agencies
are trying to interview and test as
many of the effected as possible.
Many gathered around what seems to
be a satellite that fell in Central
park today.
Raven crawls into bed and tries to go to sleep but cannot and
gets dressed then leaves the house.
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY NIGHT
Doctors are removing Price's bandages exposing his badly
burnt body. His breath squeezes in and out through a cracking
throat. Tubes are inserted into him and fluids are dripped
into Price's body. Samples of his skin are taken to a lab.
A scientist takes the samples and adds it to a thick clear
gelatine in metal trays. The samples are added to the liquid
and are regenerated. Strips of cloned skin are beginning to
grow.
Other doctors are cutting into Price's muscle structure and
replacing destroyed areas with replacements.
INT TV NEWS STATION EDITING ROOM NIGHT
Raven is in the TV studio watching footage of the riots and
listening to eye witness accounts.
WOMAN
I tore her apart...my Baby I
just...
She cries at the violence and what part in it she may have
played. Daniel comes in and clears his throat to alert her of
his presence.
DANIEL
Hey kid.
RAVEN
I'm so glad your OK.
DANIEL
Are you kidding. No one comes in
the editing room. I didn't know
anything happened.
RAVEN
Have you heard about Sierra.
DANIEL
She'll be OK. You jacked her up
pretty bad.
RAVEN
I know.
DANIEL
Who told you?
RAVEN
Daniel don't say anything.
DANIEL

RAVEN
I remember everything.
DANIEL
Really most people don't.
RAVEN
I thought no one did?
DAVID
They're saying it was the world's

RAVEN

Raven is on a pay phone the other line is ringing out. She
hangs up and calls again.

Raven walks into a doctor's office and is greeted by an older
Indian man.
RAVEN
Are you Doctor Redea?
DOCTOR REDEA
Yes, thank you for coming.
RAVEN

DOCTOR REDEA
You were one of the victims I
assume.
RAVEN
Yeah, I got pretty banged around.
DOCTOR REDEA

polluted the water supply would be
immense to begin with and the
effects would be disbursed. From
what I understand the event
happened simultaneously.

have examined a few of the bodies.
Some people did not die from
injuries. A number of them had
brain hemorrhages.
RAVEN

No,and not from a drug.

regions, the cerebral cortex and
the locus ceruleus. The cerebral
cortex is involved in mood and
perception, and the locus ceruleus
receives sensory signals from all
areas of the body. The disturbance
for all was in the Cerebellum.
RAVEN

In each patient the Cerebellum grew

Raven is in an MRI machine.
INT HOSPITAL DAY
Raven is back in the doctor's office hearing her results.

Cerebellum but it did not kill you.
RAVEN

DR. REDEA
Thank someone. You are a very lucky
woman.
RAVEN

story about the riots.
DR. REDEA

RAVEN

DR. REDEA

Raven leaves the hospital.
EXT HOSPITAL NIGHT
Raven looks left, right then up at the sky and then walks
off. A dark colored van turns the corner and is tailing
Raven. She is walking unaware until the van pulls up next to
her and two men jump out of the side door.
RAVEN
Help! Someone help!
Raven runs and stays a step ahead of the men. She runs down
alleys and between cars. She runs into a park and tries to
hide. The park is actually a cemetery.
EXT CEMETERY NIGHT
Raven is hiding behind trees breathing heavy and scared to
death. From behind her, figures glowing green start to rise
from the graves. Raven can see the two men looking for her
but doesn't see the ghosts behinds her. She tries to run and
is seen. The men chase her for a while and surround her.
RAVEN
Leave me alone. Just go away.
Green images of people rise around the men in dark suits.
RAVEN (CONT'D)
No! Look out!
The spirits close in on Raven. The agents panic for a moment
and decide to draw their guns. Raven looks up and sees this
and the images all rush into her knocking the men to the
floor.
Raven huddles into a ball on the floor glowing. The men try
to crawl to their guns.
DOMAR AGENT 1
Don't move. Just stay right there.
Raven looks up at him and her eyes are glowing green. A wave
of energy emanates from Raven and spreads out away from her
evaporating the men and sending gravestones and earth flying
through the graveyard.
Raven is left in the center of a crater that has leveled the
cemetery. Raven gets up and is shocked by the destruction.
She begins to crawl out of the crater.
When she gets to the top of the crater she sees coffins,
bodies and graves stones scattered everywhere. Raven is
twitching and having a hard time focusing her eyes.
A figure is coming up on her and she can not make out who it
is.
RAVEN
Stop! Stay away from me!
Two more figures is green appear behind the figure. The green
figures zoom into Raven and then a smaller burst of energy
comes out of Raven. She struggles to get up and in front of
her appears a flash of light. Raven collapses.
FADE TO BLACK.
ACT III
INT MOTEL NIGHT
Clyde and Peter are asleep in the room. A burst of blue light
rips through the room. Peter and Clyde instantly turn into
Ghost and Prism and jump from their beds to see Vertigo step
out of a tear in space. Next to him Dion's force shield is
dispersing and he is holding Raven. Dion turns to Ghost.
DION NICE
Your face was all over her mind.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Hello Dion. What happened to her?
DION NICE
She's changing and has no idea
what's happening.
PETER RAYMOND
She's a Seer?
VICTOR CRAFT
And a strong one.
PETER RAYMOND
What did she do?
VICTOR CRAFT
Turn on the TV.
Clyde turns on the TV to see the massive crater left by Raven
at the cemetery.
PETER RAYMOND
Oh jeez.
CLYDE RICHARDS
What happened to her there?
DION NICE
We were hiding from a DOMAR van we
thought spotted us but they were
following her. So we followed them.
VICTOR CRAFT
Somehow your girl here raised the
dead.
PETER RAYMOND
What are you two drunk?
CLYDE RICHARDS
I've seen her do it.
PETER RAYMOND
You knew she was a seer? How come
you didn't say anything?
CLYDE RICHARDS
Sometime I can see figures through
the shadows that aren't there.
Imprints in time of an event. She
draws from that energy. She doesn't
raise the dead and she doesn't
know.
PETER RAYMOND
She eats ghosts?
CLYDE RICHARDS
Basically. How'd you guys find us?
VICTOR CRAFT
It wasn't easy. They are so many
other Seers around now but with all
three of us moving through the tear
you two came in clear.
Raven starts to wake up.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Hey, you OK?
RAVEN
I feel like shit. What happened?
Where are we?
CLYDE RICHARDS
I had to ditch my apartment. We are
at a motel.
RAVEN
DOMAR was after me.
CLYDE RICHARDS
I know. Raven meet Dion and
Vertigo.
RAVEN
Your the guy that grabbed me.
VICTOR CRAFT
I thought we had to get you out of
the cemetery. You were causing
havoc.
RAVEN
Me?
CLYDE RICHARDS
You're becoming one of us Raven.
You have been at least since I met
you.
Raven notices the graveyard on the news.
RAVEN
I did all that?
CLYDE RICHARDS

RAVEN
How'd we get here?
DION NICE
Victor can tear time and space. He
brought us here.
RAVEN

VICTOR CRAFT

Dion's shield helped you guys
through.
RAVEN

VICTOR CRAFT
He's still hiding.
RAVEN

DION NICE
I knew Ghost, Clyde. Since the
satellite fell there are too many
people changing. We can't get a
read on anyone too far.
RAVEN
Why did the riots happen?
DION NICE
People turned too quickly. It
happened to me. Most people died in
those cases.
PETER RAYMOND
You were turned at once?
CLYDE RICHARDS
By the time Price got to you the
process had gotten tamer.
RAVEN
We should head to DOMAR.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Slow down. You need to rest and we
need to figure out what exactly is
happening to you and how dangerous
you are.
RAVEN
I feel fine. In fact I feel great.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Yes, but if you stop feeling fine
you might kill us all. Our best bet
is still you getting a true story
clearing us on the air.
DION NICE
You got to get her some food that
energy blast she threw out had to
burn some calories.
RAVEN
I'm telling you guys I am fine.
She stands up and her pants fall. She scrambles to fix
herself.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Our energy takes some energy. In
your case...a lot of energy.
RAVEN
I see...ah...It doesn't look like
that story is going to happen.
On the television, Raven's face has just been added to the
list of terrorists.
REPORTER
City channel on-air personality
Raven Choo is suspected of aiding
the terrorists and is being sought
for questioning. Persons with any
knowledge of the whereabouts of
Raven or any of the suspected
terrorist is urged to call the
local authorities.
PETER RAYMOND
Wow. It doesn't take much does it?
RAVEN
That's it we're all stuck in here.
DION NICE
How is it that we've been living
fine for four years and all of a
sudden we get busted and are
terrorists?
CLYDE RICHARDS
Peter wanted some attention.
PETER RAYMOND
Well now that Price is dead we can
just relocate.
DION NICE

VICTOR CRAFT

INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY
The Secretary of Defense is walking through the DOMAR
facility with two armed guards. Agents and Guards are trying
to stop him.
DOMAR AGENT 1
Sir I am sorry but I can not let
you disturb the process.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
Process? What the hell is going on
here?
DOMAR AGENT 1
We are trying to heal Mr. Hancock,
Sir. He still can not receive
guests.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
You have exactly five minutes to
get me in front of Price.
DOMAR AGENT 1
I am sorry sir. You are welcome to
spend time here but you are not
welcomed in the recovery room.
The secretary looks at his guards who pull guns on the DOMAR
agent. The guards and the Secretary of Defense are quickly
out gunned and a stand off begins.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
Don't be foolish. I will crush this
operation and have all of you
executed.
Price's voice is heard over a speaker.
PRICE HANCOCK
Please lower your weapons ladies
and gentlemen.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
Price is that you?
PRICE HANCOCK
Yes, Secretary it is.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
We need to speak immediately.
PRICE HANCOCK
I am aware of the events in New
York. Walk to the room at the end
of the hall way.
The Secretary and his guards walk down the hallway and
through the doors at the end of the hall. Inside is the room
that contained the three glass chambers. The men and woman in
them are missing. Price is floating in the middle chamber.
His burns are gone and his replacement skin is fresh and new
but is patched together. There are scars and stitches where
the skin has fused and is fusing together. Tubes are coming
out of his body and his eyes are closed.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
Good Lord.
PRICE HANCOCK
Yes, the good lord has given me yet
another chance to protect his
world.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
Price, what has happened to you?
PRICE HANCOCK
I am rebuilding myself.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
Who did this?
PRICE HANCOCK
I don't know but they worked with
the missing four. They are
organizing and are going to strike.
Again and again.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
We are planning to put New York
under Marshall law until they are
found.
PRICE HANCOCK
That would be exactly what they
want. They want us exposed. We must
keep this war quiet or we loose.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
What do you have in mind?
A woman and a man jump from the rafters. The woman's hand
changes from skin to a solid crystal and cuts through the
gun. Her other hand becomes lava and seals the remaining gun
chamber closed. The man grabs the other guard's gun and
seemingly turns three gun chambers toward's him.
GUARD
What the...
A third man walks over to the two guards and with a touch of
their necks sends them to the ground, unconscious.
PRICE HANCOCK
Secretary meet Mischief, Sable and
Landis. They will be our hunters.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
Price you can not let these things
out of here.
Landis comes up to the Secretary of defense.
LANDIS
Even if he wanted to stop us he
doesn't have to.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
Price call off your dog.
Landis growls and steps away.
PRICE HANCOCK
The only way for them to attack the
suppression system again is to turn
it off right here.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
What if that is not what they want?
PRICE HANCOCK
I fail to understand you.
SECRETARY OF DEFENCE
What if they don't have a grand
agenda? What if they just want to
rob, steal, and kill?
PRICE HANCOCK
Then you will have a terrible
loosing battle on your hands.
Landis, Mischief and Sable snicker at the Secretary.
PRICE HANCOCK
Be patient and let me handle it.
Price opens his eyes. They are two dark scabs under his eye
lids where his eyes once where.
PRICE HANCOCK
I'll take care of everything.
INT MOTEL NIGHT
Peter, Dion, Victor, Raven and Ghost all are glued to the TV.
The room seems to get smaller by the minute.
VICTOR CRAFT
I got to get out of here. I can't
take it anymore.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Another spike in the detection unit
from this area will bring DOMAR
,Victor.
VICTOR CRAFT
Then leave. Why the hell are we
staying here?
RAVEN
We are waiting for Sparks.
VICTOR CRAFT
Who the fuck is Sparks?
DION NICE
Relax Victor.
VICTOR CRAFT
Don't tell me to relax. All I know
is that until you put me on TV I
was fine and now I am stuck in a
prison with these three again.
CLYDE RICHARDS
She didn't set you up Victor.
VICTOR CRAFT

fucking her don't mean I need to
trust her.
Ghost gets up.
DION NICE
You're out of line dog.
VICTOR CRAFT
Why are you taking his side.
DION NICE
Because he's Elizabeth's kid and
with out her we'd be dead.
Victor relaxes.

I'm sorry. I don't usually stay in
one place too long.
RAVEN
I'm sorry I put you on TV but I did
it to expose what you...what we
are. You robbed the truck. I didn't
do that, Sparks didn't do that
either.
DION NICE
For what we did, we deserve more
than the truck. All of us.
Dion looks at Ghost.
RAVEN
I hope Sparks is alright.
PETER RAYMOND
Why do you keep bringing him up? Do
you like him? Is he your boyfriend?
CLYDE RICHARDS
Stop Peter! Raven, are you seeing
Sparks?
RAVEN
I can't get him off my mind.
CLYDE RICHARDS
He's looking for you. Focus on him.
Raven tries to concentrate.
EXT CITY CHANNEL NEWS STATION NIGHT
Steve is walking up to the station cautiously.
INT MOTEL NIGHT
The group is fixated on Raven.
RAVEN
He's going to the station.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Right now?
RAVEN
I don't know? I don't even know if
he's going to the station. I just
saw that in my head.
PETER RAYMOND
It's worth checking out.
VICTOR CRAFT
I don't care I just got to get out
of here.
CLYDE RICHARDS
I think Dion and Raven have to stay
here.
DION NICE
You are leading this mission Ghost?
CLYDE RICHARDS
I'm sorry. Due to Raven's
condition, I think someone should
stay here with her.
RAVEN
Raven doesn't want to stay in the
motel.
DION NICE
Actually I think Ghost is right. I
can protect you and protect myself
against you, if need be.
CLYDE RICHARDS
You also would be recognized very
easy there. The three of us can get
in and out undetected.
RAVEN
Be careful.
CLYDE RICHARDS

Ghost, Prism and Vertigo look out the peep hole and walk out.
INT CITY CHANNEL NEWS STATION PARKING LOT NIGHT
Sparks sneaks in and sees Daniel loading a van.
STEVE
Excuse me?
DANIEL
How did you get in here?
STEVE
I was wondering if you knew Raven
Choo?
DANIEL
Uh...she used to work here.
STEVE
I know she did a story on me.
DANIEL
Oh. Have you heard anything about
her?
STEVE
No, I was hoping you did.
DANIEL
Is it true that she's a terrorist?
STEVE
No, Raven is innocent. I have proof
that could help her. Can you get
something on the air?
DANIEL
I can try.
Sparks hears the garage door open.
DANIEL
It's busy tonight.
STEVE
Is it not usually?
DANIEL
Not at this time.
STEVE
Run man. Take this and run.
Steve hands him a DVD.
DANIEL
What's going on?
STEVE
Don't ask me again.
Daniel runs for the Van. He gets to the van door and drops
his keys.
Steve pulls up his bandanna and charges up. He looks around
and starts to move along the wall.
Daniel gets the right key in the lock and opens the door.
Through the van door, a metal spike rips into Daniel's
stomach. He looks up and sees Sable in front of him. She
cocks her head to the side and smiles. Daniel falls to the
ground.
DANIEL
Why...who? I didn't do anything.
Sable is gone. Sparks sees Daniel down and comes back.
STEVE
Oh shit, Oh shit. Yo dude what do I
do for you? I mean hold. Oh shit.
Uh, I'll take you to the hospital.
Oh man I...
Steve looks up into the mirror and sees Sable's spiked arm
coming at him. He quickly charges up. Sable's arm returns to
it's normal state and she is flung away from Steve. Sable
lands gracefully although she doesn't seem fully coherent.
After a moment she must put an arm out to stabilize herself.
Steve drags Daniel into the van and drives off. The gate is
down but he doesn't seem to care.
Suddenly the walls shift to the left. Their is a wall where
the gate used to be. Steve spins the van around and it tips
on to it's side.
STEVE
Hey. Hey are you OK?
Daniel is clearly dead.
STEVE
Damn.
He grabs the disk from Steve's pocket. A long knife cuts into
the roof of the van.
STEVE
Oh my Lord!
Steve throws the disk into his rubber bag and charges up. His
charge sparks gasoline. A pair of legs jumps away from the
van.
STEVE
Damn it.
Steve gets out of the van right before it explodes. Shards of
metal fly at him. He charges a large on coming right at him
and hops on it. Behind him he sees Mischief walk from behind
a wall.
MISCHIEF
Your father vants to speak vith
you. You've been a naughty little
piggy.
The long blade shoots out from down his sleeve.
STEVE
My father is dead!
MISCHIEF
Do you come nicely or do we play
avile.
Steve is kicked from behind.
SABLE
We play for a long while.
Ghost appears between Steve and Sable. Sable jumps back and
turns her fingers and feet to crystals which dig into the
wall behind her elevating her over the scene.
Mischief charges Ghost with the knife and cuts though Ghost
in shadow form. He solidifies and kicks Mischief to the
ground. Sable grabs Ghost bites his neck seductively and jabs
him in the rips with her spikes. A beam of energy shoots into
Sable's side and burns into her. She changes her side to
crystal to stop the massive blood loss.
Prism shoots her again but misses and she hides behind cars.
Mischief Jumps on to a car.
MISCHIEF
Not fair boys. You play too rough
vith the ladies.
Prism and Ghost both run towards Mischief who readies
himself. Vertigo appears behind him and throws him to the
ground.
VICTOR CRAFT
Sorry I got lost.
Sable grabs Victor's legs and pull him face forwards on to
the car. Vertigo falls of and disappears before he hits the
ground.
Sable stabilizes herself until Vertigo appears behind her and
to both her sides. Sable kicks two and punches one and one is
left on the floor holding his jaw.
SABLE
I'm fast enough for all of you
baby.
VICTOR CRAFT
I like to take my time.
Victor moves backwards and everyone slows down. Spark's eyes
are slowly moving but registering Vertigo's movements.
Victor runs up and tackles Mischief who was defending against
Prism and Ghost and stands in front of Sable.
He pulls back his arm, slowing down time and punches
forwards. As he hits the time returns to normal. Sable falls
to the ground near mischief.
CLYDE RICHARDS
OK Sparks, lets get out of here.
Clyde is hit with piece of the wall. Another hits Prism and
Vertigo. All three are laid out.
LANDIS
Yes Sparks, let us get out of here.
Sparks charges up but has the concrete from the floor ripped
out from under him. He falls backwards and has rocks piled on
his chest and arms.
LANDIS
You short sighted weak little man.
You almost cost me my life and for
that I will one day kill but for
now your father wants you so I will
make do with your current suffering
and the headache you will have in a
few hours.
A large stone hits Sparks in the head. Vertigo comes to and
is struggling but then disappears. He reappears next to the
DVD Sparks dropped and then again near his bag. Sable and
Mischief are loading Clyde and Peter into a van. Mischief
comes back for Vertigo.
MISCHIEF
Ve seem to have lost one of our
guests.
LANDIS
Forget him we have to return these
before they wake up.
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY EARLY MORNING
Steve wakes up and sees Clyde in a glass tube with light
pointed over and under him. Next to him is a black opaque
tube. Spark's charges up but his surroundings are all rubber.
He sits down in the tube.
STEVE
Can you guys hear me?
PETER RAYMOND
Yeah. I can't see you but I can
hear you.
CLYDE RICHARDS
I'm here.
STEVE
Can you do anything?
CLYDE RICHARDS
No, He knew exactly what he needed
to neutralize us.
STEVE
Who?
CLYDE RICHARDS
Your father.
STEVE
My father's dead.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Then how did they know to build an
isolated cell for you?
Steve thinks about it.
PETER RAYMOND
How could he have lived?
CLYDE RICHARDS
How could he have known so much
about Seers anyway?
STEVE
He's like us.
INT MOTEL EARLY MORNING
Vertigo knocks on the door weakly. Raven opens it quickly and
he goes inside.
RAVEN
What happened? Where is everyone?
DION NICE
DOMAR.
RAVEN
We have to go.
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY EARLY MORNING
Steve, Clyde and Peter are all talking about what they can
do.
PETER RAYMOND
What about the disk was there
anything about how to get out of
this.
STEVE
No, but I did have an idea. If
killing the signal causes the
calamity we saw we could instead
lower the signal and try to lock
DOMAR out.
PETER RAYMOND
Why, don't we worry about trying to
get ourselves out.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Dion and Vertigo are our only
chances. Price is probably
listening to us right now so we
need to keep our talking to a
minimum.
PETER RAYMOND
Like it's going to make any
difference. If they were ready for
us they will be ready for...
CLYDE RICHARDS
Dion and Vertigo.
STEVE
What?
CLYDE RICHARDS
He knows everything about Dion and
Vertigo.
Steve realizes what he means.
Outside the facility Vertigo, Dion and Raven appear inside
one Dion's shields.
RAVEN
Now that we are here, what is our
plan.
DION NICE
We need to get inside and to the
prisons below. That is probably
where the others are.
VICTOR CRAFT
After we escaped they had to
upgrade the security.
DION NICE
They probably have. Specifically
for us.
He looks at Raven.
RAVEN
But not for me.
DION NICE
Exactly.
RAVEN
I don't know how to do anything.
DION NICE
But my lady, you do a lot. Lets go.
VICTOR CRAFT
Through the front door?
DION NICE
Why not? They probably know we are
here already.
In the lobby area of the DOMAR research facility everything
looks normal. Suddenly the doors blow in and scatter plaster
and dust everywhere.
DION NICE
What, no welcome home?
Guards open fire on Dion. The bullets stick into his shield
but some fly off and kill other agents and workers in the
room. Raven gets flustered by all the carnage.
Vertigo disappears from behind Dion's shield and appears
behind an armed guard in the back. He grabs him and his gun
and starts making him shoot other guards. The remaining turn
there weapons on the one that is held by Vertigo. He vanishes
leaving only the soldier.
Raven falls to the ground.
DION NICE
Raven are you OK?
RAVEN
I don't know what's happening.
Dion looks over at the dead soldiers.
DION NICE
Oh no.
Raven looks up and sees the bodies. She sees glowing images
of the soldiers last moment of life.
RAVEN
It's happening!
Dion releases Raven from his shield and takes a bullet in the
leg as he does it. The bullet squeezes out of his body. Raven
slowly absorbs the energies of the dead. She screams with
rage.
Victor appears inside Dion's Shield.
VICTOR CRAFT
This is gonna be ugly.
DION NICE
Yup.
Raven stretches out and releases the energy wiping out the
front side of the building.
Price's eyelids open up. He can feel the vibrations from his
regeneration chamber underground.
PRICE HANCOCK
They are here my children.
In the Lobby Dion and Vertigo are clearing smoke from in
front of them. They see a huge crater in the front of the
complex, three floors up and about the same wide.
DION NICE
Who wee, that girl ain't playing.
VICTOR CRAFT
Look!
They both see Raven laying in the bottom of the crater three
floors under ground.
DION NICE
Shit!
They both get down to her and bullets whizz by them. Dozens
of armed DOMAR troops are setting up and shooting after them.
VICTOR CRAFT
We got to break! There's too many!
DION NICE
No there not advancing. That's
where there defending we have to
head that way!
VICTOR CRAFT
You sure?
DION NICE
No!
Dion Braces his feet and pushes out his arms. The beams that
the troops were hiding behind are smashed in flying back at
the soldiers. More advance behind them. One sets up with a
rocket launcher on his shoulder.
VICTOR CRAFT
Oh shit.
He shoots and Dion Braces for impact. The rocket explodes and
the force pushes Dion back but he repels the flame and
pressure that flies back towards the troops. Raven wakes up
and sees the spectacle.
DOMAR AGENT 1
Run!
Flames overcome the front line then the flanks run into
Victor tearing through space. A guard pulls out a gun and
aims it at his head. The world slows down for Victor.
The guard holding the gun smiles extremely slowly. We see the
world from Vertigo's vision.
Victor Speeds up and moves around the soldier then takes out
the guards behind him before the bullet is fired. Victor
pushes the shooter in front of the bullet then stands in
front of him.
When time resumes, the shooter is shot and in shock. He sees
his men on the floor behind Victor who is standing where he
used to be. He slowly falls to the floor. Victor turns to run
and disappears again. He returns to Dion and Raven in a
moment. He is exhausted.
VICTOR CRAFT
I found them.
DION NICE
Take it easy. You wont have
anything left soon.
VICTOR CRAFT
Nah, I found a candy machine
downstairs too.
Bullets fly by them again. They run following Victor.
RAVEN
I can't make it. It's too much.
DION NICE
You have to.
They keep running to a door downstairs with two guards on the
floor. Dion braces himself against the wall and pushes his
arms out. The wall behind him breaks and he is pushed in.
VICTOR CRAFT
Why don't you let me do it?
Victor tears through and suddenly falls to the ground.
VICTOR CRAFT
Ouch.
Victor opens the door from the inside. Dion sees the three
tubes containing their friends.
RAVEN
Are they dead?
Steve opens his eyes and sees Raven.
STEVE
How did you guys get here?
RAVEN
You're welcome.
Dion gears up and frees them from the cases. Ghost and Prism
fall to the ground.
DION NICE
Cover up Ghost!
Raven squats next to him and covers his face with her jacket.
RAVEN
Are you OK?
CLYDE RICHARDS
It's a trap Vertigo get out
Vertigo runs but hits the wall.
VICTOR CRAFT
I can't.
CLYDE RICHARDS
The room is neutralizing all our
powers.
The door opens and troops have guns pointed at them.
PETER RAYMOND
So let's get out.
Dion grabs the back of Raven's head and throws her to the
ground with him. Ghost and Prism who are still trained
assassins, jump into the air and over the guards who open
fire. Vertigo slides forwards and kicks a gun towards the
others shooting the guard next to him.
Prism and Ghost both land and take four guards with them. The
front guards turn to fire on Ghost and Prism who now have
their powers.
PETER RAYMOND
It was only in there!
Ghost drops into the floor as Prism disappears. The guards
are squashed against the wall by Dion.
DION NICE
Come on we have to get out of here.
STEVE
No, we have to stop the satellites.
RAVEN
You saw what happened. You can't do
that again.
STEVE
No I have a virus that will
gradually lower the effects over
time. They will never know until
people have already built a
resistance.
PETER RAYMOND
How'd you do that?
STEVE
Simple worm virus. It reduces the
frequency a little each time it
hits the earth.
Bullets fly by. Dion shields them.
DION NICE
We better think of something.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Steve, do you know where you need
to go?
STEVE
Yes.
CLYDE RICHARDS
How long do you need?
STEVE
Twenty minutes.
CLYDE RICHARDS
You have ten then meet us outside.
RAVEN
We can't leave him.
STEVE
I'll be fine just bye me as much
time as you can.
They fight long enough for Sparks to get into a ventilation
shaft.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Pull back.
PETER RAYMOND
To where?
CLYDE RICHARDS
Anywhere just keep em running.
They run down the clear hallways away from gunmen.
DION NICE
Why are they chasing us?
VICTOR CRAFT
Because we're the bad guys.
DION NICE
Why aren't they trying to corner

Across the room a single light reveals the regenerated Price
Hancock who is wearing a body suit with circuitry on it.
PRICE HANCOCK
Do you like my new prototype. It
adjusts for individual resistance
levels. Both the room and myself
render your talents useless. I
would appreciate if you gave up
this revolt. Don't you think there
has been enough bloodshed?
More lights fade up to illuminate Landis, Sable and Mischief.
CLYDE RICHARDS

replacements. They are so much
better behaved than you four and my

PETER RAYMOND

Raven Shutters when she sees his eyes are burnt out. Monitors
light up out of the darkness showing all the areas of the
building.

dollars and have taken everything
from me. This little experiment has
been profitable though.
It takes more power than the
satellites and has a smaller range
but you all can't do a thing can

INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY CONTROL ROOM
Sparks is in the ventilation ducts above the offices.
STEVE
How'd I get into this?
DOMAR agents are in the control room watching the fight
downstairs. He pushes in the grate and falls on to the floor.
He is quickly surrounded by guards
STEVE
Ah shit.
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY PRICE'S LABORATORY
Price sees sparks on the monitor screen.
PRICE HANCOCK
Ah, I see you were trying to cover
for Steven. Like mother like son.
Mischief, dispatch of him. And
Mischief...leave nothing.
RAVEN
No!
She tries to chase Mischief and he turns and in one sweep
knocks her off her feet and then hits her in mid air. The
others are busy with Sable and Landis. He smiles then leaves.
Dozens of troops storm the recovery room and surround the
rebels as mischief leaves.
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY CONTROL ROOM
Sparks is now at the control panel the guards are on the
floor with smoke coming off of them.
STEVE
Sorry about that guys.
Sparks gets into the system and sees the others surrounded.
STEVE
Don't hurt them!
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY PRICE'S LABORATORY
PRICE HANCOCK
And why would I do that when you
can't get back into the system?
They all are shocked and disappointed.
STEVE
I'll shut it all down!
PRICE HANCOCK
And kill more innocent people?

Steve realizes it's all over.
PRICE HANCOCK

INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY CONTROL ROOM
The computer screen seems to spin away to the left of Sparks.
The entire room is spinning and he is getting hit from all
angles.
STEVE
Who the fuck! Where are you!
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY PRICE'S LABORATORY
Guards have their guns pointed on Raven and the others who
are badly beaten.
PRICE HANCOCK
I am sorry I was forced to
terminate your employment with us.
I want you to know it wasn't my
fault. But I am going to make it up
to you. You all will be re
conditioned.
DION NICE
What are you talking about Price?
PRICE HANCOCK
You all will be the second wave of
our army.
RAVEN
No.
PRICE HANCOCK
Oh and you my little one will have
a special place in it. You will
help me bring order to this world.
PETER RAYMOND
It'll never happen Price!
CLYDE RICHARDS
You can not control us?
PRICE HANCOCK
I can control it all! I am now one
with everything here. I saw and
heard your every move.
CLYDE RICHARDS
So does your son.
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY CONTROL ROOM
Sparks hears this and instead of trying to electrocute
Mischief, he grabs a electrical wire from the wall and hits
the floor.
STEVE
Gotcha!
A charge goes through the electrical system of the facility.
The room stops spinning and Mischief is holding the head gear
on him.
MISCHIEF
What are you doing to me?
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY PRICE'S LABORATORY
Price stiffens up and is also being electrocuted.
PRICE HANCOCK
Kill them all!
Ghost grabs a guard and another guard shoots the first guard.
Ghost kills a path of guards between him and Price. Landis
fights through the electricity and leaps in front of Ghost
and stabs him with a piece of bent metal from the floor.
Sable leaves Raven and changes her hands into crystal and
removes Price's suit freeing him from Sparks. The other
hunters are free from electrocution.
Ghost turns into a shadow and rips away from the metal and
reforms wounded.
PETER RAYMOND
You can't stay like this, you'll
die.
CLYDE RICHARDS
I just need a moment.
PETER RAYMOND
Change now!
Dion jumps in front of him and shields him while Vertigo
multiplies himself and runs through the crowd of guards
drawing their fire and causing them to shoot each other.
Radiant beams of light slice through the air and sever parts
of guards. Prism is standing allowing the remaining guards to
think about what will happen to them.
Raven's eyes glow and absorbs the dead Guards' energies. She
sends the energy forwards and guards and hunters alike fly
away from her towards the wall.
SABLE
She's too strong.
PRICE HANCOCK
Intriguing.
Raven grabs the face of a guard trying to get up. His skin
turns cold and gray and he falls a stiff corpse, then to ash.
RAVEN
More.
She becomes a woman possessed.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Raven, no.
INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY CONTROL ROOM
Sparks can not generate anymore power. He falls and Mischief
closes in on him. He releases the knife from his arm and
smiles at Sparks who smiles back at Mischief.
MISCHIEF
What are you smiling about.
Mischief sees he has no knife on his arm.
VICTOR CRAFT
Looking for something?
MISCHIEF
I vill kill you!
Mischief releases a smaller knife from his other arm and
charges towards Vertigo. He disappears and the large blade
goes through Mischief's chest.
VICTOR CRAFT
I vill kill you.
MISCHIEF
We can not die.
Mischief falls to the ground.
VICTOR CRAFT
What can you do to stop the waves?
STEVE
I can't get in to the computer and
I don't have enough energy to burn
it out. It would probably have a
back up system anyway.
VICTOR CRAFT
You can't reduce the signal but can
you stop the transmission.
STEVE
If we blow the radio tower? But if
we do that it will all happen at
once again.
VICTOR CRAFT
It's the way it was supposed to be.
STEVE
How can we blow it up?
VICTOR CRAFT

INT DOMAR GENETIC RESEARCH FACILITY PRICE'S LABORATORY
Dion is protecting Ghost from harm. Prism comes into his
shield.
PETER RAYMOND
I can't keep it up. There are two
many guards.
CLYDE RICHARDS
We have to stop her.
Peter looks back at Raven. Raven is glowing green again. She
is making short work of the guards and Landis and Sable are
guarding Price who stitches are ripping apart across most of
his body.
PETER RAYMOND
Is she going to blow again?
DION NICE
I'd say yes.
CLYDE RICHARDS
We have to stop her. Too many
people will die. It will cause a
chain reaction. She'll charge up
again.
Clyde gets up and looks at Dion.
DION NICE
I'll grab Raven. You to stop Price
and his bitches.
As Raven absorbs more energy she becomes more primal in her
killing. Very much like the riot. She lunges after a guard
that is trying to shoot her but Dion gets in the way and
suspends her in mid air. Guards are shooting bullets behind
Dion but the ricochet and fall.
RAVEN
Let me go!
DION NICE
Look what you are doing.
RAVEN
Let me go!
She releases energy against Dion's shield and it sends him
flying back into DOMAR agents who grab him.
DION NICE
I assure you, you'd rather stop
her?
They look at Raven then let him go and help Dion up quickly.
DION NICE
Raven hold it in honey. Save it.
You don't need anymore.
RAVEN
You don't know what I need!
PRICE HANCOCK
Yes.
Raven begins sapping the energy from all the people in the
room.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Raven please.
Raven slows her rage.
PRICE HANCOCK
Get me out of here. Landis make
sure they're dead.
LANDIS
Of coarse.
Sable sneaks Price out of the room.
RAVEN
It burns!
DION NICE
Let it go girl, no one is going to
hurt us anymore.
Raven's glow decimates and she falls to the ground. Guns
surround them.
LANDIS
This is over now.
On the roof of the building is the radio tower that
broadcasts the suppression signal into space. Sparks and
Vertigo are looking at it.
STEVE
You know what can happen if we stop
it completely.
VICTOR CRAFT
I don't know?
STEVE
The riot in the city, everywhere
for I don't know how long.
VICTOR CRAFT
Well, if we don't we spend our
lives on the run, the others will
die and Price will continue.
STEVE
Do it.
Victor grabs the steel frame. He screams and his muscles work
overtime.
His image seem to be ripping off of him. A huge rip in space
opens up in the roof and he and the radio tower begin falling
into it. Sparks backs away. The tower, the ceiling, the roof
and a few floors of the building under Vertigo vanish with
him.
The soldiers, Landis, Dion and Raven all look around as the
building shakes.
DION NICE
We got to get out of here.
LANDIS
Yes,I think you are right. Fall
back and evacuate!
The satellites orbiting the planet all loose the addition of
the suppression agent.
Cars are crashing and houses are burning. People are blowing
up mail boxes, houses and buildings accidently.
The cities of the world are burning and buzzing with
excitement.
Dion is carrying Raven through the crumbling building. DOMAR
troops are running everywhere trying to evacuate the
building. Sparks runs into them.
DION NICE
Sparks!
STEVE
Dion we got to get out of here.
Vertigo took the whole tower and a
few floors through with him.
DION NICE
Victor did this?
STEVE
Yes!
A piece of the ceiling falls above them but Dion shatters it.
They keep running.
DION NICE
Have you seen Ghost and Prism?
STEVE
No!
Sable is carrying Price to a helicopter waiting for him. He
stops and raises her head.
PRICE HANCOCK
Don't stop they're coming after me.
SABLE
They're here.
She turns around and sees Ghost and Prism standing there. She
places Price on the ground.
SABLE
You boys want to play?
PRICE HANCOCK
No Sable the helicopter!
Prism looks up at the sun and begins to glow brightly as
Price tries to crawl to the helicopter, leaving blood trails
from his wounds on the roof.
SABLE
I will finish them quickly.
Ghost steps in front of Prism casting his shadow across
Sable, Price and the helicopter. Ghost then becomes the
shadow and quickly enters the helicopter and kills most of
the men in it. The pilot takes off and ghost jumps out but
removes a grenade pin from a grenade on a dead soldier in it.
The helicopter explodes.
Ghost is falling towards the roof and falls into the shadow
that Prism and Sable form. Sable is sucked into the shadow.
Screams are heard from the shadow.
Ghost raises out covered in blood carrying an unconscious
Sable. When he walks towards Prism a tattered, pale
unconscious Sable is left on the roof. Price's again burning
body is surrounded.
PRICE HANCOCK
This isn't over. You may kill me
but it isn't over. You all will
die. You have condemned the world.
Look what you've done. People are
dying around the world. Tomorrow
governments will fall and by the
end of the week all religion. Who
do you think they will turn to, to
restore it all? You have damned our
race.
CLYDE RICHARDS
I have freed mine.
Prism shoots rays of light into Price that burn into his
chest like knives of fire. Price screams in agony.
Ghost stares at him with dark angry eyes then his view
softens.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Finish it.
PETER RAYMOND
No, Elizabeth suffered.
Ghost passes his hand into Price's chest.
CLYDE RICHARDS
She wouldn't have wanted you to
suffer, but I still want you to
die.
Ghost solidifies his arm and rips it out of Price in one
movement. His insides explode out behind Ghost. Prism
transforms back to Peter and Clyde is left standing over
Price. Helicopters are still transporting DOMAR elsewhere.
PETER RAYMOND
They are getting away.
CLYDE RICHARDS
There's no where left to go.
They're out numbered.
PETER RAYMOND
That solid arm, ripping chest
thing...pretty gross dude.
Dion, Raven and Steve run on to the roof.
DION NICE
Guys! We have to get out of here!
What are you doing?
Clyde and Peter look down to where Price's body should be.
They look to where Sable was and she is also gone.
A helicopter files off with Landis, a badly injured Sable and
Price on it.
CLYDE RICHARDS
We might have killed Price. Where's
Vertigo?
Vertigo tears through space and falls on to the roof,
bringing a lot of water and live fish with him.
VICTOR CRAFT
Sorry I took more than I expected.
CLYDE RICHARDS
Where's the tower.
VICTOR CRAFT
In the bottom of the ocean.
RAVEN
What do we do know?
STEVE
The world is falling apart by now.
They are all probably killing each
other.
CLYDE RICHARDS
I guess we should help them.
They stand there as the rest of the complex falls apart and
look out on the smoking Horizon.
